Among these animal activities is a wolf training course. Despite being popular, the lines seem to be relatively small when compared with other parks, adding to the visitor experience here.

Ocean Breeze Waterpark
As far as waterparks, this is the best one in the state. It is also among the largest waterparks that you can find in Virginia. Here you can find a 1 million gallon wave pool as well as a water playground and 16 waterslides. Want some privacy? You can also get a private cabana for enjoying the waterpark. Whether you like to relax by the poolside or want to enjoy the park with your kids, this is a perfect location for people of all ages.

Virginia Beach Amusement Park
Located right by the boardwalk, this gives visitors to the area an excellent way to spend their time when they are bored with sitting on the beach. There are quite a few attractions here, including the Skyscraper ride. This incredible thrill ride takes riders up 130 feet at around 70 miles per hour.

Water Country USA
Water Country USA is another waterpark that is quite well-known in the area. This waterpark has 14 various rides that can help you to cool off during those hot summer days. These options are what make this park so popular but it is also a hot spot thanks to the Nitro Racer ride. This ride drops riders 320 feet in around 40 seconds. There is also the Aquazoid, where riders travel 850 feet through a dark tunnel.
