When I asked him what we needed to do to put our home on the market, his immediate response was "Find a place to move to, pack up and go, and I'll handle the rest." That was music to my ears, as I knew some of the list already; and most of the things on the to-do list would have been difficult to live through because of the mess and/or disruption to daily living. Even though we moved out of state, Dan made sure to keep us up-to-date on the progress of projects. His knowledge of, and contacts with, the construction and renovation trades was invaluable. He knew what needed to be done and HOW it should be done, and made sure that happened. I highly recommend Dan if you are looking for a realtor anywhere in the greater Lynchburg, VA area. He knows what he's doing and he loves doing it!

Dan was our agent when we bought the home in 2012 and since that time Dan has maintained contact with us via market updates and property values. He did not take the traditional approach of “one and done”Because of his continued communication we considered no other agent other than Dan.We were living in Florida so relied on Dan who did a pre inspection and got repairs done , did a great job with staging and the listing.
